This page explains, in plain language, how Webbify Studio (Lehrer Group LLC) handles information you provide through this website. It is a general summary and not legal advice.

Information we collect

If you use the project-inquiry form, we collect the details you choose to provide: your name, company, email address, current website, the type of help you need, your project description, desired timeline, and an optional budget range. Please do not submit passwords, account credentials, or other sensitive information through the form.

How we use it

We use the information you submit only to respond to your inquiry and discuss a potential project. We do not sell your information, and we do not add you to a mailing list or a marketing sequence.

The form is delivered by Web3Forms, which passes your submission to us by email. To keep automated submissions out, the form uses hCaptcha, which checks that a person is sending it. Completing that check involves hCaptcha receiving technical information from your browser, such as your IP address and interaction signals. That check is the only purpose it serves here; we do not use it to build a profile of you or to track you across sites.

Analytics & cookies

This website is a fast, static site and does not set advertising cookies. Any analytics or measurement tools used at launch will be configured with privacy in mind, and this policy will be updated to describe them. [To be finalized before launch: specific analytics configuration.]

Third parties

Two services process information you send through the site, and both are named here rather than described vaguely:

• Web3Forms receives your form submission and delivers it to us by email. It processes the fields listed above.
• hCaptcha (Intuition Machines, Inc.) provides the human-verification check on the form and receives technical information from your browser in order to perform it.

We also use reputable hosting and email services to operate the site and reply to inquiries. We share your information only as needed to respond to you or as required by law.

Data retention

We keep project-inquiry messages for as long as needed to correspond with you and for our reasonable business records, then delete them.
