The problem
What the business needed the website to do, and where the existing site, platform, or structure got in the way.
Case studies · Selected work
Three real projects: a medical-aesthetics practice, an industrial services company, and a custom veterinary application. Each one describes what the business needed, why the site was structured the way it was, and what was built.
How these are written
Ranking, traffic, and revenue figures appear only where they can be verified. None of the projects below publish them yet, so none are shown.
What the business needed the website to do, and where the existing site, platform, or structure got in the way.
Why the architecture, platform, and content were shaped the way they were, including the decisions that changed scope mid-project.
Concrete deliverables: pages built, systems designed, migrations handled, and the constraints that were respected along the way.
The projects
Lily Lane Aesthetics and NanoVapor are client projects. VetCaseIQ is a platform Ian Lehrer conceived and built, included because it shows what a custom application from this studio looks like end to end.
A Squarespace refresh that grew into a custom WordPress redesign, a service architecture built around patient search intent, and a migration handled as an SEO event.
Repositioning an industrial vapor-management company from equipment listings to the underground-tank degassing services its customers actually search for.
A veterinary case-review platform built in Next.js, React, and TypeScript: a multi-stage pipeline that turns case records into structured reports for clinician review.
Screenshots appear with each client's permission and show nothing private. VetCaseIQ images come from its public site and its fictional example report, never from real cases.
Working with Webbify
Every engagement starts the same way: a review of the business, the current site, and what customers are actually searching for. From there Webbify recommends an approach, scopes it in a clear proposal, and builds it in stages you can see, with a staging environment before anything goes live. Scope can grow when the work justifies it, as it did for Lily Lane, but it grows in the open.
Every project is scoped around the business, website, content, technical requirements, and long-term goals. After an initial conversation and review, Webbify recommends an approach and provides a clear proposal.
Tell us what the business needs the website to do. We will review the current site and come back with a clear recommendation.
