Not a template factory
No page is dropped into a theme and renamed. Structure, copy, and technical decisions come from the business and from what its customers search for.
About the studio
A founder-led web development and SEO studio in the Houston area, operated through Lehrer Group LLC. Structure, performance, and clear objectives instead of decoration.
What Webbify is
Webbify provides website strategy, design, development, redesign, migration, technical SEO, local SEO, and content architecture for businesses in Houston, Greater Houston, and select clients elsewhere.
Webbify Studio exists for businesses that need more than a template but do not need an agency. The typical client has a real service offer, a website that no longer represents it, and a sense that search should be sending better inquiries than it does.
The studio's answer is structural. Before anything is designed, Webbify reviews the business, the current site, and the search demand around it, then maps a page architecture where each page owns one intent. Design and development follow that map. Measurement follows launch. The result is a site that can be explained, maintained, and improved, not just refreshed.
Three kinds of work sit under one roof: search, build, and product. Lily Lane Aesthetics grew from a Squarespace refresh into a full WordPress redesign and migration. NanoVapor was restructured around tank-degassing service intent. VetCaseIQ is a custom Next.js application built from concept to cloud deployment. The same discipline runs through all three.
What Webbify is not
No page is dropped into a theme and renamed. Structure, copy, and technical decisions come from the business and from what its customers search for.
There is no sales team, account manager, or outsourced build chain. The person you talk to is the person who plans, builds, and ships the work.
Webbify does not publish pages for the sake of volume. One page owns one intent, and nothing goes live without human review.
How the studio works
These are the defaults, not a pitch. They explain why the process and the proposals look the way they do.
Every project starts from a goal: more qualified inquiries, a clearer service offer, a migration that protects search equity, or a product that needs to exist. The site is built to serve that goal, then measured against it.
Site architecture, internal links, structured data, and page content are designed together. That is why Webbify does SEO and development under one roof instead of handing one off to the other.
WordPress, Squarespace, or custom code with Astro or Next.js. The recommendation depends on the content, the technical requirements, and who will maintain the site afterward.
Founder-led
No account managers and no handoffs. Ian Lehrer founded Webbify Studio after a career in finance and operations. At Hewlett Packard Enterprise, Ian supported forecasting, reporting, and analysis for a global facilities budget of approximately $400 million across more than 250 sites.
That background is why Webbify treats a website as a business system: structure, measurement, and clear decisions instead of decoration.

How a project runs
Every engagement moves through the same four steps, and you see something concrete at each one: a written review, a sitemap and redirect plan, a staging site, and a post-launch read on what the site is doing for the business. The full sequence, including what Webbify asks of you, is on the process page.
